2-DAY PHOTOGRAPHY TOUR – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement sets out the understanding between Henry Turner Photography and Ian Worth (referred to as "we" or "us") and the client. It replaces any prior agreements. Changes to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties.
2. RESERVATION
Your place on the tour is reserved once full payment has been received and confirmed by us via email. Payment alone does not guarantee your place until you have received written confirmation and returned a signed agreement.
Please note: In the event of cancellation more than 30 days before the tour, £100 of the total payment will be treated as a non-refundable booking fee.
3. CANCELLATION
If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:
More than 30 days before the tour start date:
You will receive a refund minus the £100 non-refundable booking fee.Within 30 days of the tour start date:
No refunds will be issued.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
4. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If we are unable to run the tour due to unforeseen circumstances,such as illness or emergencies, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund. Our liability is limited to payments received. Refunds are at our discretion.
5. WEATHER AND ADVERSE CONDITIONS
The Welsh weather is famously unpredictable, and a little rain or cloud often adds to the mood and atmosphere of the landscape. However, if conditions are deemed unsafe, for example, due to storms, high winds, or heavy rain, we may cancel the tour for safety reasons.
If the tour is cancelled due to severe weather, we will attempt to reschedule. However, rescheduling is not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued for cancellations caused by adverse weather or events beyond our control.
As organisers, we will determine whether conditions are unsafe. Please come prepared with waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear, as the tour will go ahead unless safety becomes a concern.
6. TRAVEL
Clients are responsible for getting to the meeting point and between locations. If you need help with transport, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to assist.
7. TOUR DURATION
The tour runs from 10am to sunset each day. Refer to the website for full details.
8. ACCIDENT, DAMAGE, AND LOSS
Clients are responsible for insuring themselves, their belongings, and their equipment against damage or loss.
Outdoor photography carries inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk, and we accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour.
9. FITNESS REQUIREMENTS
A good level of fitness is essential. While we won’t be scaling the highest peaks, the tour includes steep paths, uneven terrain, and boggy areas in places. Expect to walk 2–3 miles per day.
Please assess your fitness level honestly, for your safety and the group's experience. If unsure, contact us before booking.
10. MODEL RELEASE
By attending, you grant us permission to use any photos or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify us in writing beforehand.
11. PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payments can be made online via our website or by bank transfer. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
12. PERFORMANCE
We will make every effort to deliver the tour as planned but are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, illness).
13. SEVERABILITY
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.
14. AMENDMENTS
This agreement may only be amended with written consent from all parties.
15. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking, you agree to these terms. The person making the booking represents all participants and ensures their understanding and compliance.
